Jo Scott ( Sly Woods)

Jo Scott is an Illustrator and Mixed Media Artist based in Hertfordshire, UK. She graduated with a BA in illustration from Lincoln university and will complete her Masters in illustration from Portsmouth University in 2023. She works across multiple mediums and projects focusing on narrative pieces that employ fantasy to explore the human experience. She has worked across multiple zines such as the ‘RDR Zine’ and the Zino Loci ‘Guilt and Shame’ Zine. As well as working on TTRPG supplements as a collaborative effort on the DMS Guild site.  

 

Confident and talented in freehand drawing, she renders most finished pieces using digital software such as Procreate or Clip Studio Paint, however she creates more exploratory pieces in mediums such as print making, gouache and ceramics. She produces smaller artifacts alongside her illustration work as part of her creative body of work.
